You are invited to join the General Meade Society for our annual trek to Citizens Bank Park to see our Phillies in action. Our game is on Tuesday evening, August 27, 2024 and Our Nine will take on the Houston Astros. Game time is 6:40 PM and we have 35 tickets available. First come – First served.

Following the City Hall Ceremony, PA National Guard Medal Ceremony at 12:30pm in the Union League for the ‘Major Catto Medal’

Annual Fall Excursion

This year we will travel to Connecticut and Rhode Island, visiting Mystic Village; the Groton submarine Museum; the US Coast Guard Academy in CT; the Naval War College and museum in Newport RI; and the Essex Train/Boat excursion in Old Saybrook, CT.

Annual General Meade Birthday Celebration will mark the 209th annual anniversary of the birth of General George G. Meade, heroic commander of the victorious Union army at the Battle of Gettysburg.
