The Meade Society and friends made their annual pilgrimage to Citizens Bank Park to see the home team take on the first-place San Francisco Giants. It was a wonderful game, where the Phillies dropped behind by four runs. They tied the score up late in the game and, after not being able to capitalize and win in regulation time, were able to stave off the hot hitting Giants and win in the bottom of the 12th inning, a wonderful ending for those who stayed until near midnight.
